Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan (TV, 2005)

.....you know, I think I'll just skip to the review on this one.

Akane Maniax (OVA, 2005)

After the end of Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien, Akane is left in a rather bad mental funk she can't seem to shake. This is confused further by the arrival of Gouda Jouji, who professes his love for her, and it is through his unique perspective much of how he tries to bring her out of her pain and win her that this story is told.

Closing & Moving - Oh, and Tenchi Muyo OVA 3

I've decided to close "Where No Anime Goes Unpunished."  It's been a long time, I'll admit, since Navaash and I first started it as "Where No Fic Goes Unpunished," which was a Tenchi Muyo fanfiction review site.  After Navaash steped aside, it was Rurouni Ken-ouki who became my webmaster.  Then as he stepped aside, I tried it myself for awhile.  Then JC and I started this new version of Dragon's Anime...and this is where I started doing all of my work.

Tenchi Muyo OVA 3 (TV, 2004-2005)

If you don't know this one by now, may the gods have mercy upon your soul. Anyway, Tenchi Muyo is about a faceless cypher, Tenchi Masaki (or is it Misaki? I always get those confused), who didn't start out that way, but draws a magical sword from a stone, freeing the demon Ryouko which causes no end of mischief to befall him in the form of several other girls in what is probably one of the first pure harem animes ever made.

The Bane of your Demons is a Loli!

*looks at the title of this article...* Well, sort of. We're not dead yet folks, barring accident, incident, personal crisis, work, and school work, we're still alive and somewhat kicking.  Personally, I'm going for being raised as a Lich/Demon/Sith Lord hybrid.  Today's little offering is brought to you by the letters E, G, and L as well as the numbers 6 and 9......

Kishin Houkou Demonbane

Kurou Daijuuji is an out of work, jack-of-all-trades private investigator in the city of Arkham. Freeloading at a church, and desperately looking for work, he's contacted by an agent of the Hadou concern, looking to offer him a job: Find a Grimoire of great power. Little does he know that the Grimoire he will find will propel himself and the Grimoire into a fight for the future of their city and their world; not to mention each other. This is so, given that this Grimoire is also a very pretty girl, and one of the most powerful of her kind: Al Azif, also known as, The Necronomicon.

Demented Little Man's Zero no Tsukaima Review

Let it never be said, dear readers, we don't go all out! I am sicker than a terrier dog after sucking down a ton of chocolate, and yet...here is a review for Zero no Tsukaima. It's a horribly compressed anime, that couldn't quite make itself bad regardless of what was done...and what wasn't done to it, heh.

If someone could make the comments thread for me, I'll give you...well, you probably don't want what I'd have to give you at this point, but I'd be really appreciative, heh. CLOSED

Zero no Tsukaima (TV, Season One, 2006, Nolen)

Zero no Tsukaima, or Zero's Familiar, is all about an inept magician in training and the familiar she summoned. Turns out the familiar she wound up summoned was actually a human being from 'our world.' Too bad on this world, Saito is just a commoner, which earns Zero a great deal of ridicule, and himself a lot of Zero's ire for being a human, and worse, a normal human at that...or is he?

Anime Expo 2006 CosPlay Part 2

Finally, I've encoded and torrented part 2 of Anime Expo 2006's Cosplay.  This year, the entertainment between the cosplay and judging was just as good, if not better at many points, than the actual cosplay itself.  I've encoded this one in x264 as an experiment, so if there's any problems, let me know.

Discuss and drop comments here. CLOSED

Anime Expo 2006 Report

This article has been consolidated from its original two parts into a single document for easier reading.

Anime Expo was an interesting time this year. Last year, admittedly, wasn’t all that fun, but this year, I can say I loved every minute of it…well, almost every minute; though I don’t really believe I actually accomplished all that much. Sometimes, though, those times are when you have the most fun.
